All the affected recording were put into the queue again.

The issue has been fixed. The missing MP4 recordings are affecting some of the replacement servers. All of them will get uploaded to their respective servers very soon.

We have noticed that MP4 files are not being stored in the servers due to an issue in the connection between the SaaS and the new servers. Only some new servers are affected.
