External Media Relays Shutdown - December Maintenance

At the end of December, the last external media relay will officially be shut down. The embedded media relays will take over their role, ensuring continued service. We expect this transition to be seamless, with no impact on service availability or performance.

Additionally, we have a 1-month window to assess all BigBlueButton servers to ensure they are using their embedded media relay servers.
